Traffic Control - Yodock products are the most versatile products on the market for temporary barrier wall, longitudinal channelizing barricades, road closures, sign support, and general barricades.
PBS Rentals utilizes the Yodock Traffic Control System. Their design is centered around the patented ballastable energy disbursement cell (EDC) know as the Models 2001 & 2001m. Made of heavy duty polyethylene, these EDCs can be accessorized to meet a variety of traffic control product categories. This versatility has enabled the system to have earned more Federal highway Administration acceptances than any other brand in the industry.

Barrier Wall for TL-2 and TL-3 specifications:
The Yodock Wall Company, Inc. has developed a steel reinforcement that is mounted onto the Yodock 2001 or 2001m. When the rail is attached to the systems, they become acceptable barrier wall. The 2001 has met the NCHRP 350 test level 3 requirements, 62 mph and the 2001m has met test level 2, 45 mph. Both systems have been accepted by the FHWA, see letter B-97. Please note that the steel reinforcement kit must be installed for the product to qualify as a barrier wall.
Type III Barricade: A type III barricade is a device used to temporarily close a roadway while it is under construction or presents a hazard to motorist and traveling public. The Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) outlines the minimum design standards these devices must meet to be used on the nation’s roadways. Traditional type III barricades are made of metal, wood, or plastic. They have three horizontal panels, which are used to provide a surface to affix retro reflective tape and to mount signs. The design characteristics of these devices make them susceptible to movement by wind and by pedestrians or motorists. Currently sand bags are used to prevent movement of the barricades.
Longitudinal Channelizing Barricade: Longitudinal channelizing barricades are traffic control devices, which form a continuous delineation of a work zone. This category is a outlined in a new section of the Manual of Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).
Sign Support: Temporary signs are used extensively throughout the United States as a method for informing and warning the public about roadway construction and potential roadway hazards. Typically these sign supports are made out of wood or metal with a sign mounted at the desired height. These devices are then ballasted with numerous sand bags in order to handle expected wind loads and to prevent either intentional or unintentional movement. In many cases these signs have twenty or more sandbags which are being used as ballast. Many of these signs have not been tested to NCHRP 350 standards.
